Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust PLC - real estate investor - Says it has collected 88% of rent due October 21, which it notes it ahead of the amount collected in the previous two quarters. Schroder says its portfolio was valued at EUR268.6 million at the end of September, up 9.8% from EUR244.7 million at the end of June. The company remains "prudently" geared, it says, with a loan to value, net of cash, of about 25% at September 30, with no debt maturity before 2023.
