UK EXECUTIVE CHANGE SUMMARY: Vesuvius Taps Former Ferguson, CRH Exec

Mon, 30th Nov 2020 14:53

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Vesuvius PLC - London-based molten metal flow engineering - Hires Kath Durrant as a non-executive director, starting Tuesday. Durrant was human resources director of plumbing and heating supplies firm Ferguson PLC and also chief HR officer of building products company CRH PLC, both FTSE 100 constituents. She currently is a non-executive director of smart energy meter firm Calisen PLC.

----------

IronRidge Resources Ltd - minerals explorer with lithium discovery in Ghana and gold assets in Cote d'Ivoire and Chad - Alistair McAdam to retire as a non-executive director. He will be replaced by Christelle Van Der Merwe, who has been an alternative director for Kieran Daly and now will join the board as part of alliance with Assore Ltd, which has a 25% stake in IronRidge. Van Der Merwe has been Assore's geologist since 2013.

----------

Ironveld PLC - Bushveld iron and titanium project in South Africa - Chief Financial Officer Vred von Ketelhodt to step down from full-time CFO role and as director "following a review of the company's ongoing operating overheads". Von Ketelhodt will provide consultancy services until the end of 2021. Ironveld separately said on Friday last week that it raised GBP150,000 from the broker option portion of its share placing, which netted GBP1.1 million in total. A total of 383.3 million shares were issued at 0.30 pence. Will carry out subdivision of shares, as placing price was below the current nominal value of 1p, with general meeting to approve this to be held on December 14.

----------

Rambler Metals & Mining PLC - copper and gold in Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada - Glenn Poulter resigns as non-executive director, effective from this past Friday, for personal reasons.

----------

Seeing Machines Ltd - Canberra, Australia-based operator monitoring systems - Rudy Burger and Les Carmichael resign as non-executive directors at Monday's annual general meeting, having served since 2014 and 2016, respectively.
