(Alliance News) - Oil & gas company SDX Energy PLC said Chief Executive Officer Mark Reid and Non-Executive Director Tim Linacre purchased shares on Wednesday.
Reid bought 94,233 shares at a price of 21.00 pence per share for a total amount of GBP19,788.
Linacre purchased 40,000 shares at a price of 21.25p per share, totalling GBP8,500.
Following the purchase, Reid owns 0.2% stake in the company and Linacre holds 0.1% interest.
Shares in SDX Energy closed 4.6% higher at 21.70p per share on Wednesday in London.
