LONDON (Alliance News) - Scottish American Investment Co PLC said Friday it issued 75,000 new shares due to market demand.
The shares were issued at 374.00 pence per share, a premium to the prevailing net asset value. Shares in Scottish American closed down 0.4% at 372.95 pence.
After admission, Scottish American had 137.7 million shares outstanding.
