Unite Group PLC - Bristol-based student accommodation provider - Richard Huntingford, non-executive director and chair designate, buys 10,000 shares at GBP9.78, worth GBP97,827, on Friday last week. Huntingford, the current chair of Future PLC, will succeed Phil White as chair of Unite Group on April 1, 2021.

Savannah Resources PLC - European lithium development company - Reports pretax loss from continuing operations of GBP2.7 million in 2022, narrowed from GBP3.5 million a year prior.
