Unite Group PLC - Bristol-based student accommodation provider - Richard Huntingford, non-executive director and chair designate, buys 10,000 shares at GBP9.78, worth GBP97,827, on Friday last week. Huntingford, the current chair of Future PLC, will succeed Phil White as chair of Unite Group on April 1, 2021.

Future PLC - London-based magazine publisher - Chief Executive Officer Zillah Byng-Thorne buys 4,835 shares at GBP16.80, while associate Max Thorne buys 1,180 at GBP16.84, together worth GBP101,103, on Monday. Senior Independent Director Hugo Drayton buys 2,376 shares at GBP16.75, worth GBP39,797, also on Monday.

Savannah Resources PLC - lithium project in Portugal and heavy mineral sands project in Mozambique - CEO David Archer sells 2.0 million shares at average GBP0.0255, worth GBP51,000, on Thursday and Friday last week and on Monday. Retains 39.8 million shares, a 2.8% stake. Says sale was to fund a hotel business that Archer owns in Europe and that has suffered from Covid-19. Says has no plans at present to sell further shares.
