LONDON (Alliance News) - Miner South32 Ltd Thursday said Non-Executive Director Keith Rumble bought 50,000 shares at a price of GBP0.695 per share Wednesday.

Following this transaction, Rumble now holds 70,680 shares.

The stock was trading up 5.1% at 71.44 pence Thursday.
