Resolute Mining Ltd - operator of Syama gold mine, Mali - Mali subsidiary comes to compromise with Union Nationale des Travailleurs du Mali under which a commission will be set up to support measures needed in response to Covid-19 and other economic conditions. As a result, proposed strike action at Syama gold mine has been cancelled.
As a result, Resolute Mining has reinstated production guidance for 2020 to be within the range of 400,000 to 430,000 ounces of gold, up from 384,731 ounces in 2019.
