LONDON (Alliance News) - Red Rock Resources PLC on Tuesday said it has sold shares in fellow UK-listed miner Goldstone Resources Ltd.
Red Rock said it sold 1.4 million Goldstone shares for GBP15,625, translating to a price of 1.15 pence per share. Goldstone shares were down 2.2% at 1.10p on Tuesday.
Following the sale, Red Rock owns 8.1 million shares in Goldstone, or a 7.9% stake.
Red Rock shares were up 7.2% at 0.67p on Tuesday.
