(Sharecast News) - RPS Group revealed on Friday that chief executive John Douglas had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed professional services firm.
Douglas, who was appointed RPS CEO in 2017, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 104.90p each, for a total value of £104,900.
Following the transaction, Douglas now holds 941,761 ordinary shares through his family trust and a further 1.11m ordinary shares in his own account.
As of 1640 BST, RPS shares were up 5.63% at 108.80p.
