Associated British Foods PLC - Chair Michael McLintock buys 9,000 shares at GBP17.18, worth GBP154,641, on Tuesday. AB Foods reported full-year results on Tuesday, opting against paying a final dividend as its Primark fast-fashion chain braced for further closures and profit dropped sharply during the virus pandemic. AB Foods said group revenue fell 12% in the year ended September 12 to GBP13.94 billion from USD15.82 billion. Pretax profit plunged 42% to GBP686 million from GBP1.17 billion during a year hit by Covid-19 lockdowns.

Cadence Minerals PLC - developing Yangibana rare earth project in Western Australia - Three directors buy 510,188 shares in total at GBP0.12, worth GBP61,223, on Tuesday. Chief Executive Officer Kiran Morzaria buys 247,688 shares and now has 1.1 million. Finance Director Donald Strang buys 212,000 and now has 797,545. Non-Executive Director Adrian Fairbourn buys 50,000 shares, while also exercising options at GBP0.06 over 200,000 new shares, and now has 386,005.
