Burford Capital Ltd - London-based law-focused finance company - Chief Executive Christopher Bogart and Chief Investment Officer Jonathan Molot each buy 38,620 shares at USD9.94 to USD10.09, together worth GBP774,860, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last week. The week before Bogart and Molot each had bought 77,634 shares. Bogart now has 9.2 million shares and Molot 9.8 million.

Argos Resources Ltd - drilling and production licence in the North Falkland Basin - Confirms Executive Chair Ian Thomson subscribes for 6.6 million of the 14.4 million new shares issued as part of USD550,000 fundraise at a price equivalent to 2.75p. After the GBP180,350 investment last Wednesday, Thomson now holds 35.1 million shares, a 14.9% stake.
