Rosslyn Data Technologies PLC - London-based cloud enterprise data analytics platform - Chief Financial Officer Ash Mehta will leave Rosslyn at the end of August "to pursue another opportunity", having served for two years. Says has started search for replacement. In April, Rosslyn had said Mehta, together with Chair James Appleby, would take on additional responsibilities after the departure of Roger Bullen as chief executive officer. Paul Watts was promoted to CEO from chief customer, having joined Rosslyn back in August of last year.

Imperial Brands PLC - Bristol-headquartered tobacco products - Non-Executive Director Pierre-Jean Sivignon steps down from board for "unforeseen personal reasons". The former chief financial officer and deputy chief executive officer of retailer Carrefour SA was appointed to the Imperial Brands board in July of last year.

Ingenta PLC - Oxford, England-based provider of software and services to media - Henrik Holmstrom will step down as non-executive director at June 30 annual general meeting, having served four and a half years.

Record PLC - Windsor, England-based currency and derivatives manager - Jane Tufnell to step down as non-executive director at July 27 AGM for "personal reasons".

TomCo Energy PLC - oil project development in US focused on using new technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources - Robert Kirchner resigns as non-executive director, effective immediately, but has been contracted for continued advice over next 12 months.
