LONDON (Alliance News) - React Group PLC said Thursday it hired Robert Gilbert as non-executive director of the specialist cleaning firm with immediate effect.
In June, React announced it was seeking a non-executive who "had long term sales and marketing experience."
Gilbert is currently chief sales office at Lone Worker Solutions Ltd which provides software to help employees who work alone to remain safe. Prior to joining Lone Worker in 2014, he worked as sales manager at Office Canopy Group since 2005.
Shares in React were 4.8% lower at 0.20 pence on Thursday.
