Sept 5 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell Plc reportedflaring due to oxygen sensor failure at its 156,400barrel-per-day refinery in Martinez, California, according to afiling with Contra Costa Health Services.
The oxygen sensor trip led to shutdowns on Thursday, thefiling added.
The company had earlier reported the shutdown of a flare gasrecovery compressor at the refinery, according to a filing withstate pollution regulators.
