* Pipeline gas flows to Europe at 345 mcm/day * Norway's gas production close to full capacity OSLO, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Norwegian gas flows to Europe weresteady on Tuesday with production nearing full capacity, datafrom gas system operator Gassco showed. Gas flows to Europe were running at 345 million cubic metres(mcm) per day by 0900 GMT compared to 344 mcm delivered onMonday. Norway has total pipeline gas production capacity of about350 mcm per day.
