* Exports to Europe total 319 mcm/day * Flows to Britain rise by 5 mcm/day OSLO, July 2 (Reuters) - Norwegian pipeline gas exports toEurope rose on Thursday on higher deliveries to Britain, whileflows to continental Europe held steady, data from gas systemoperator Gassco showed. Pipeline gas supplies to Europe were running at 319 millioncubic metres per day (mcm/day) at around 1000 GMT, up 5 mcm fromvolumes delivered on Wednesday. Total flows rose to their highest levels since the beginningof April this week after the Shell-operated Ormen Langefield returned to full capacity after annual maintenance.
