LONDON, Nov 16 (Reuters) - * Shell rejected demands set bytwo trade unions at its 404,000 barrel per day (bpd) Pernisrefinery in the Netherlands, which were asking for better pay, aspokeswoman said on Thursday.* "Netherlands Refinery B.V. and Shell Netherlands Chemie B.V.unfortunately cannot integrally agree with the demands sent by[the unions]", Shell said in an emailed statement. * The Dutch FNV and CNV unions had set a Nov. 17 19.00 GMTdeadline for Shell to accept their demands, and said they wouldmeet this week to determine what action to take if Shellrejected them.
