ALGIERS, Sept 30 (Reuters) - Algeria awarded four of 31 oiland gas field blocks on offer in an auction on Tuesday with allfour won by foreign consortiums, officials said.
Royal Dutch Shell and Spain's Repsol wonthe Boughezoul area in the north of the country while Shell andNorway's Statoil won the Timissit area in the east.
