UK TRADING UPDATE SUMMARY: Severfield's European Operations Back On

Severfield PLC - North Yorkshire-based structural steel in UK and India - Now working on-site across all operations in UK and Europe. Profitability affected in first quarter of 2021 financial year, however, overall activity levels have continued to increase, as activity levels return to pre-lockdown levels in second quarter. September 1 order book at GBP270 million, compared to GBP271 million at June 1. Indian subsidiary order book at GBP94 million at September 1. Keeps cautious optimism for financial year ending March 31, 2021. Expects total dividend of 2.9p per share, up from 2.8p.

Orosur Mining Inc - South American gold explorer and developer - Notes that Newmont Colombia, subsidiary of Newmont Corp will continue to exercise rights and obligations regarding Anza project in Colombia under exploration agreement terms signed in September 2018. Newmont has paid fourth and final cash payment of USD500,000 under phase one earn-in arrangement.

Miton UK Microcap Trust PLC - investment firm - Over 2020 to date, net asset value total return at 19.1%, compared to negative return of 19.8% from FTSE All-Share, and positive return of 1.2% from FTSE AIM All-Share. Due to discount in company shares, has decided to reduce annual management fee to 0.9% of market capitalisation from 1.0%.

Revolution Bars Group PLC - Greater Manchester-based bar operator - For eight weeks to August 29, comparable venue sales at 73% of figures for same period the year before. In first four weeks, sales were 60% of prior year, but Eat Out to Help Out scheme lifted sales for latter four weeks to 78% of last year. Ten sites have been reopened this week, and 13 more are scheduled for next week. Expectations for financial year remain unchanged.

Shanta Gold Ltd - East Africa-focused gold producer - Total group-wide reserves at 653,000 ounces of gold grading 3.15 grams per tonne across company's two projects in Tanzania. Total resources of 3.2 million ounces grading 3.58 grams per tonne across all three projects in Tanzania and Kenya. Current reserve-based mine life to 2028 at Singida gold project, and reserves assume life of mine gold price of USD1,350 per ounce.

Braveheart Investment Group PLC - Barnsley, England-based strategic investor - investee Paraytec Ltd said development of Single Generation Module of Covid-19 test is complete. Now work has started on building the optical detection system, which will be used to detect and quantify fluorescent nanospheres which will bind the CAPTURE module in the presence of SARS-nCov2 virus.

Argo Blockchain PLC - cryptocurrency miner based in the UK - In month of August, Argo mined 166 bitcoin equivalent compared to 165 in July, which takes the total amount of bitcoin mined in 2020-to-date to 2,001. Based on daily foreign exchange rates and cryptocurrency prices during the month, mining revenue in August amount to GBP1.5 million from GBP1.3 million in July.

BlueRock Diamonds PLC - South Africa-focused diamond miner - processes 41,000 tonnes of ore from main pit at Kareevlei mine in South Africa, with an improved average grade of 5.1 carats per hundred metric tonnes.
