(Alliance News) - Intertek Group PLC on Monday said Jonathan Timmis, currently chief financial officer of Health at Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC, has been appointed as its next CFO.
The quality assurance provider said current CFO Ross McCluskey will be take up a new operational role in the business from April 2021. He has been with Intertek for more than four years, having started as its group controller.
McCluskey will cease to be an executive director while Timmis will become an executive director starting April 1.
Intertek noted Timmis's "exceptional career", which includes roles as group controller, and North American regional finance director at Reckitt, as well as "several years in senior finance roles with SAB Miller".
Shares in Intertek were down 1.2% at 6,360.00 pence in London on Monday morning.
