LONDON (Alliance News) - The Quarto Group Inc Wednesday said Senior Independent Director Michael Hartley bought 5,000 shares at 143.5 pence a share on Tuesday.
Hartley now holds 10,000 shares, or 0.05% of the company's issued share capital.
Quarto shares were down 0.2% at 143.25 pence Wednesday morning.
