Amjad Bseisu, the Chief Executive Officer of oil and gas producer Enquest, has bought company shares via Double A, the trust in which his family is interested. Double A purchased 95,313 shares, taking its holding to 70.89m, equal to 8.83% of the company's share capital. At 121.40p each, the transaction came to a total spend of £115,713. The purchase followed a reiteration of Numis Securities's 'buy' rating on the stock, and came just two weeks after it reported "another good year of growth in production and a significant increase in reserves".
