LONDON (Alliance News) - Quadrise Fuels International PLC Wednesday said non-executive Director Laurie Mutch exercised 400,000 options at an exercise price of 20 pence per share and sold the shares at 32 pence per share, and now has no interest in the company.
Shares in the oil company were down 4.6% at 31.24 pence Wednesday.
