Provexis PLC - Reading, England-based producer of heart-health functional food ingredient Fruitflow - Enters into a long term strategic co-operation framework agreement for Fruitflow with Chinese dietary supplement business By-Health Co Ltd. Agreement, which will take full effect from January 1, 2023, gives By-Health exclusive supply and distribution rights to commercialise Fruitflow heart-health technology in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Australia.

Current stock price: 0.81 pence

Year-to-date change: up 0.8%
