Pelatro PLC - London-based marketing software specialist - Says Richard Day will resign from his position as chair. He will remain as chair for the next two months while the search process for a successor is underway.
Day says: "The business is doing well, a lot has been achieved and many exciting opportunities lie ahead for the group. With my commitments to my other companies in mind, this feels the right time to step back from my role at Pelatro."
Pelatro in June said it was confident to deliver a financial performance in line with 2022 expectations.
Current stock price: 22.63 pence, down 2.7%
