TRADING UPDATES: PetroNeft extends maturity; NetScientific loses chair

NetScientific PLC - life sciences and sustainability technology investment firm - Reports that John Clarkson has stepped down as chair and resigned from the board with immediate effect. Says that Non-Executive Director Jonathan Robinson will now become interim non-executive chair while the company completes its recruitment process to appoint a new chair.

PetroNeft Resources PLC - Ireland-based, Russian-focused oil and gas exploration and production company - Extends the maturity date for its loan facility to March 15. The loan facility has a current redemption value of USD2.5 million, it adds. Cash and cash equivalents for PetroNeft Group stand at USD439,566 as at January 31.

Scancell Holdings PLC - Nottingham, England-based cancer immunotherapies developer - Appoints Jean-Michel Cossery as chair with immediate effect. Says that he has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
