SMALL-CAP WINNERS & LOSERS: TT Electronics rises as DBAY mulls bid

Wed, 10th Dec 2025 10:36

(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Wednesday.

----------

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

----------

ProCook Group PLC, up 20% at 39.50 pence, 12-month range 20.00p-48.00p. The kitchenware retailer says sales growth accelerated during its financial first half, leaving it on track to meet full-year market expectations. Pretax loss narrowed to GBP2.9 million in the 28 weeks ended October 12 from GBP3.2 million a year prior. Revenue rose 21% to GBP34.1 million from GBP28.3 million including like-for-like growth of 8.3%, an acceleration from 4.3% a year ago. "This continued momentum, despite the subdued consumer environment, underpins our confidence in delivering a strong full year performance, in line with market expectations," ProCook says. Company-compiled consensus is for full-year operating profit of GBP4.8 million on revenue of GBP79.5 million, which compares to GBP3.2 million in profit on GBP69.5 million in revenue in the 52 weeks to March 30, 2025.

----------

TT Electronics PLC, up 1.5% at 136.00p, 12-month range 61.90p-154.80p. Shareholder DBAY Advisors Ltd said Tuesday it is mulling making an offer for the electronic components maker. DBAY, which owns just under 25% of TT Electronics, believes the latest offer by Cicor Technologies Ltd is "unattractive". Cicor, which is in pole position to acquire TT Electronics, last month raised its offer to 150 pence a share, all in cash. "DBAY has been granted access to due diligence by the board of TT Electronics, but there can be no certainty that any offer for the company will be made," DBAY said Tuesday. Bronschhofen, Switzerland-based Cicor develops, and manufactures electronic components, devices, and systems.

----------

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS

----------

S4 Capital PLC, down 1.3% at 16.30p, 12-month range 15.70p-42.00p. Shares in the advertising firm are down around 50% so far in 2025, a year mired by profit warnings and tariff uncertainty for the company. It had advanced 2.7% on Tuesday, in a positive read across after peer WPP PLC rose 6.3%. S4 Capital returns some of that stride on Wednesday, however.
