LONDON (Alliance News) - Pressure Technologies PLC on Tuesday said that Gresham House Asset Management Ltd now owns a 6.99% stake in the company.
Gresham House's holding in the industrial valve manufacturer prior to Friday's deal, if any, was not disclosed.
Pressure Technologies shares were trading down 1.1% at 85.55 pence each on Tuesday afternoon.
