Plexus Holdings PLC - Walton-on-Thames, Surrey-based oil & gas engineering services - Revenue for the year to June 30 to be materially below expectations due to deferral of several contracts into financial 2021. Loss before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation and pretax loss for financial 2020 to be less than anticipated due to ongoing cost management, which has included the furloughing of a number of employees. Cash position at financial 2020-end expected to be broadly in line with expectations. Considering the optimal composition and structure of the business to ensure the business remains robust during the current economic environment.
