LONDON (Alliance News) - Personal Assets Trust PLC Director Iain Ferguson and Catherine Ferguson, a person closely associated with Iain Ferguson, acquired a combined 98 shares in the investment company.
Both Iain Ferguson and Catherine Ferguson acquired 49 shares at GBP404.72, giving a combined total of GBP39,662.
The holding of Iain Ferguson and Catherine Ferguson following Wednesday's transaction was not reported.
Shares in Personal Assets Trust closed up 0.1% Thursday at 40,450.00 pence each.
