LONDON (Alliance News) - Primary Health Properties PLC Friday said Non-Executive Director Steven Owen acquired 6,705 shares at a price of 346.5 pence per share, which is his only holding in the property company.
The stock was quoted up 0.2% at 345.25 pence Friday afternoon.
