TRADING UPDATES: Catenae hails court; Golden Metals likes copper find

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Catenae Innovation PLC - London-based digital media and technology provider using blockchain technology to support clients with operations and staff management - Successfully defends an attempt by minority shareholders Anthony Sanders and Alan Simpson of Hyperneph Software Ltd to seek summary judgment in claim against itself and to strike out its counterclaim. Catenae receives its legal costs for the hearing of GBP14,000 which will be paid by the claimants. Further, company seeks to obtain directions to a trial at which it continues to defend claims made against it and seeks to bring its counterclaim to a successful outcome.

Conygar Investment Co PLC - London-based property investor and developer - Pauses issue of zero dividend preference shares as does not receive enough interest, which required a minimum market capitalisation of GBP30 million. Explores alternative listing venues with a revised issue size of up to GBP20 million. Placing is extended to the long stop date of June 30.

Ethernity Networks Ltd - Israel-based supplier of data processing semiconductor technology for networking appliances - Receives settlement notice for USD230,000 from 5G Innovation Leaders Fund LLC. Ethernity issues 6.6 million new shares at 2.8 pence per share. Expects admission on Friday.

Golden Metal Resources PLC - Nevada, US-focused tungsten, gold, copper, silver and zinc exploration company - Hails results of soil geochemical sampling survey completed over its Garfield project in Walker Lane Mineral Belt in Nevada. Finds two significant copper zones, including find of 950 parts per million of copper in soil. Further, notes 2.6% copper at Power Line and 5.5% copper at a high-grade zone. Chief Executive Officer Oliver Friesen says: "While our admission to trading on AIM was completed less than two weeks ago, our exploration forward mandate at Golden Metal should be apparent with the release of these very positive results from Garfield, which have far exceeded our original expectations." Power Metal Resources, a metals exploration company, focused on North America, Africa and Australia, which holds a 62% stake in Golden Metal Resources, notes the announcement by Golden Metal Resources.

Helium One Global Ltd - London-based helium explorer focused on Tanzania - Notes 61% increase in 2U helium prospective resources for Tai prospect in Tanzania, as reported by auditors ERC Equipoise Ltd. Says unrisked estimates of 2U net helium prospective resources is 2.8 billion cubic feet, which it says is a 61% rise from a 2020 report completed by SRK Consulting (Australasia) Pty Ltd.

Pathfinder Minerals PLC - natural resources company with licences to mine heavy minerals sands in Mozambique - Gives update regarding its planned sale of IM Minerals Ltd to Acumen Advisory Group LLC, which includes the rights to bring a claim against the government of Mozambique for the exploration of mining concession 4623C. Pathfinder says solicitors acting for AAG say AAG should be ready to complete to pay the GBP2 million due on completion later this week.

Renalytix PLC - London-based kidney health-focused diagnostics company - Reports expansion of insurance coverage for KidneyIntelX with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, which it says is the largest health care plan in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US. Renalytix says: "In total, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield serves 3.4 million members in Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia, as well as the Federal Employee Program, also known as the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Service Benefit Plan which is part of the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program administered by CareFirst."
