(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Non-Executive Director Sally Bridgeland promoted to chair, having been on the board since 2015. Also appoints Simon O'Regan as non-executive director. O'Regan was chief executive officer of asset manager Mercer's US business before his retirement in 2017.

Whitworth currently is non-executive director of Pets at Home Group PLC, Rank Group PLC and Tritax Big Box REIT PLC. As an executive, she was director of Non-Food Grocery and New Business at rival grocer J Sainsbury PLC. Separately, pet supplies retailer Pets at Home said Whitworth will step down from its board on May 20 to take up the new role at Tesco. Pets at Home said it has started a search for a new non-executive director.
