Panthera Resources PLC - gold exploration and development company with assets in West Africa and India - Says sale of the Kalaka project, Mali, to Moydow Holdings Ltd has now been completed.
Panthera is entitled to receive the remainder of the deferred consideration - being USD60,000 - and a refund of historical Kalaka costs forecast at USD115,000. Further, Panthera is entitled to receive 500,000 shares in Moydow, increasing its stake to 46.2%. The consideration is anticipated to be received shortly.
