OPG Power Ventures PLC - Indian power plant operator - Announces Gleneagle Trading FZE, controlled by Gita Investments Ltd Chair Arvind Gupta and his family, has bought 150,000 shares at a price of 18.0 pence each for GBP27,000 in total. Says this increases the Gupta family's shareholding in OPG Power Ventures to 206.6 million shares, which is 52% of the total issued share capital.
