Director dealings: Origin Enterprises, Aferian execs invest in shares

(Sharecast News) - Origin Enterprises was among those disclosing a director purchase on Wednesday, after its chief executive officer picked up 20,000 shares.

The company said Sean Coyle purchased the shares on 25 July, in a single transaction in Dublin.

Coyle paid €3.25 for each share, valuing the investment at a total of €65,000.

"Following the transaction disclosed here, Sean Coyle beneficially owns 150,000 ordinary shares in Origin Enterprises, representing approximately 0.134% of the company's issued share capital excluding treasury shares," the board confirmed in its statement to the market.

Elsewhere, Aferian reported that one of its executive directors had added 100,000 shares to their holding.

The firm said Steve Oetegenn purchased the shares on 25 July as well, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

He paid a purchase price of 14p for each share, valuing the investment at £14,000.

"Following the purchase, Steve Oetegenn is beneficially interested in 100,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the company's issued share capital," Aferian said.
