LONDON (Alliance News) - Obtala Ltd Chairman Miles Pelham purchased 1.6 million shares at a price of 6.50 pence per share on Tuesday.
Pelham also purchased 1,620 Argento preference shares at USD350 per share. These preference shares are convertible to Obtala ordinary shares on a 1 Argento to 1,786 Obtala share basis.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Pelham now holds in the company following the two deals, which were worth a respective GBP104,000 and USD567,000.
Obtala Deputy Chairman Martin Collins sold 6,733 Argento preference shares at USD350 per share for USD2.4 million.
Shares in Obtala closed flat at 7.30p on Tuesday.
