IN BRIEF: Numis acquisition by Deutsche Bank approved by shareholders

Numis Corp PLC - London-based investment bank - Says it will be acquired by Deutsche Bank AG, with the takeover being implemented by a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement. Expects the takeover to become effective by the fourth quarter of 2023. The takeover was approved by a majority of Numis shareholders. In April, the two companies agreed for Deutsche Bank to acquire Numis for GBP410 million.

Numis current stock price: 333.09 pence each

12-month change: up 36%

Deutsche Bank current stock price: EUR9.39

12-month change: down 3.3%
