Primary Health Properties PLC - London-based real estate investment trust investing in primary healthcare facilities - Chief Executive Officer Harry Hyman buys 74,890 shares at 92 pence each for GBP68,862 shares in total. Hyman will step down at Primary Health's annual general meeting on April 24 to replace Steven Owen as non-executive chair, with Mark Davies, the co-founder of NewRiver REIT PLC, to succeed him as CEO.
