Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC - production, development and exploration in pre-Caspian Basin - Agrees with shareholder Mayfair Investments BV to terminate the relationship agreement as Mayfair's shareholding was reduced to 17% back in May 2020 from just under 26%. As a result, Mayfair will no longer have the right to nominate a director to the company's board. Mayfair's board representative Simon Byrne resigned at the start of January, and Nostrum said at the time Mayfair wasn't planning to nominated a replacement.
