(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

International Personal Finance PLC - Leeds-based provider of digital and home credit personal loans - Hires Gary Thompson as chief financial officer and board director, starting on April 4 next year. Thompson is finance director of Vanquis Bank Ltd, a subsidiary of Provident Financial PLC.

----------

Learning Technologies Group PLC - technology and services for digital learning and talent management, based in London - Hires Kath Kearney-Croft as CFO, starting immediately. Kearny-Croft most recently was interim CFO of building materials firm SIG PLC.

----------

Sound Energy PLC - gas developer in Morocco - Richard Liddell resigns as senior independent director, leaving the board on November 30. Liddell has been on the board since 2015 and served a term as chair. Sound Energy will appoint an additional independent non-executive director "in due course".

----------

James Cropper PLC - paper products manufacturer based in Cumbria - Hires Sarah Miles and Martin Court as non-executive directors, starting Tuesday. Miles is chief executive officer of Feelunique.com, which sells beauty products. She previously held executive roles at retailer Amazon.com Inc and distiller Diageo PLC. Court is chief commercial officer and an executive director of polymer firm Victrex PLC. Meanwhile, Andrew Hosty is stepping down as a non-executive director this month, having served three years on the board.

----------

nanosynth group PLC - London-based digital monitoring and safeguarding systems manufacturer formerly known as Remote Monitored Systems - Chair Antony Legge resigns from board immediately "to pursue other business interests". Richard Clarke to take over as interim chair while the board looks for a replacement for Legge.

----------

Nuformix PLC - London-based pharmaceutical development firm focused on fibrosis and oncology via drug repurposing - Non-Executive Chair Alastair Riddell will become executive chair from December 1. Nuformix has been without a CEO since July. At the time, Riddell wrote a letter to shareholders to address the "frustration and confusion" that followed the announcement that Anne Brindley was leaving as CEO, having only joined Nuformix in December. Riddell had said the departure was "no reflection on Nuformix or her view of the opportunities in the Nuformix pipeline".
