IN BRIEF: Nanosynth delivering 250,000 masks as part of India deal

Nanosynth Group PLC - digital monitoring and safeguarding systems manufacturer formerly known as Remote Monitored Systems - Looking to make delivery of 250,000 masks in India the next few weeks as part of agreement with Vivek Kohli Enterprises OPC Private Ltd.

"These masks will, in part, be distributed to interested parties in India, with whom VKE have been in discussions, to help establish the level of demand and timeframes for future orders," company says.

Adds: "The company is delighted with VKE's support and enthusiasm for the Pro Larva mask and naturally hopes that further significant orders will follow although there can be no guarantee of such."

Company notes VKE believes partnership could generate GBP17 million in revenue.

Current stock price: 1.14 pence

Year-to-date change: down 18%

IN BRIEF: nanosynth shares rise on Lanstead Capital share subscription

nanosynth group PLC - Nottingham, England-based digital monitoring and safeguarding systems manufacturer formerly known as Remote Monitored Systems - Raises GBP2.9 million through a subscription for 535.0 million shares at an issue price of 0.55 pence per share by institutional investor Lanstead Capital Investors LP. The issue price represents a 21% premium to its closing price on Thursday. The shares will equal 22% of nanosynth's enlarged share capital. The proceeds will be pledged to Lanstead in a sharing agreement. nanosynth will receive this money back from Lanstead through monthly settlements over a 24-month period. The payments are subject to upwards or downwards adjustment each month, depending on its share price at the time. nanosynth says the agreement provides it with the opportunity to benefit from a positive future share price performance.
