LONDON (Alliance News) - NMCN PLC on Wednesday said it appointed Margaret Amos as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
In addition, the construction engineering company said Amos will be appointed to the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination committees.
Amos is an experienced board level leader, NMCN said, with experience in finance and programme management.
She has over 27 years' experience with jet engine manufacturer Rolls Royce PLC in a number of senior positions including finance director for engineering, IT and corporate functions as well as director of business planning.
Amos has also served as non-executive director of South Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group and Trinitas Services Ltd.
"I am delighted to welcome Margaret to the NMCN board," said Executive Chairman Robert Moyle.
"Her broad experience, particularly in manufacturing will greatly complement the existing board capability and will significantly support our pursuit of becoming a truly sustainable business," Moyle added.
NMCN shares were untraded on Wednesday, last closing at 540.00 pence each.
