nmcn PLC - Nottinghamshire-based engineering and construction - Announces Lee Marks has started his new role as chief executive officer. Marks joins from engineering and services business NG Bailey Group Ltd, having spent over 30 years in the construction industry, nmcn says.
Marks replaces Robert Moyle, who will continue as an executive director to assist in the transition before retiring later in the year.
Non-Executive Chair Ian Elliott comments: "On behalf of the board and all staff at nmcn I extend our sincere thanks to Robert for the commitment he has given to the company over the last 48 years and in particular the last eight months as acting CEO. Robert's contribution and support is very much appreciated.
