LONDON (Alliance News) - Nature Group PLC said Monday it continues to progress negotiations about its future financing, structure and strategic direction and to be supported by DNB Bank in regards to the deferment of the repayment of its lease and debt financing facilities.
Shares in the port reception and waste treatment solutions provider were suspended from trading.
