LONDON (Alliance News) - NetDimensions (Holdings) Ltd on Tuesday said bank training company Omega Performance has implemented NetDimensions Analytics to provide its clients with a self-service, online reporting and analytics service.

NetDimensions provides performance, knowledge and learning management systems. It said Omega Performance needed an analytics product that could deliver several real-time data points, including who was taking the courses, how they performed on tests, and where they stood in the overall training process.

NetDimensions Analytics means Omega Performance's clients can measure the success of training modules in real time and compare results for different internal groups, while also identifying areas in which employees are having difficulty.

"As a banking industry leader in credit and business conversation training, Omega Performance has been using NetDimensions Learning, our LMS that is well suited to the compliance learning management needs of organisations in highly regulated industries," NetDimensions Chief Executive Jay Shaw said in a statement.

"And given that NetDimensions Analytics is an integral part of NetDimensions Talent Suite, providing organisations with actionable insights into their talent management processes by leveraging learning, performance, compliance, and HR data - it was the solution that was ready to meet the needs and requirements of Omega Performance," he added.
