Ncondezi Energy Ltd - African power development company - Confirms that it has not received any formal notification from General Electric Co regarding its future role in the 300 megawatt coal-fired power project being developed in Mozambique. Notes GE intention to exit the new build coal power market. GE serves as technology partner for Mozambique power project. Confident of sourcing a new technology partner, if needed, without any material impact on the project. All critical project work streams, including the historical cost audit and tariff negotiations, continue to progress positively.
