(Alliance News) - Nanoco Group PLC said Wednesday that several directors in the company have bought around GBP136,500 worth of shares in total.
Chair Christopher Richards purchased 350,000 shares at an average price of 13.3 pence per share for a total of GBP46,550.
Richards then sold 63,909 shares at the same price in order to move the larger purchase in an investment fund.
Chief Executive Officer Michael Edelman acquired 198,000 shares for 12.71p each, at a total of GBP25,160.
Chief Technical Officer Nigel Picket picked up 189,425 shares at 13.12p per share, for a total of GBP24,850.
Non-Executive Director Alison Fielding bought 119,261 shares for 12.65p each, at a total of GBP15,090.
Finally Brian Tenner, who is both operating and finance chief at Nanoco, acquired 379,689 shares at 13.1p per share, for GBP49,740.
It has not been disclosed how many shares any of these directors now hold following these transactions.
Shares in the quantum dots manufacturer closed 24% higher at 14.40 pence on Wednesday.
