LONDON (Alliance News) - MySQUAR Ltd on Friday said it has received a notice to covert bonds worth GBP350,000 into 25.4 million new company shares.
This bonds are part of those issued in early March to Atlas Capital Markets Ltd as the Myanmar-based entertainment and payments platform operator raised GBP2.1 million.
Shares were 15% higher Friday at 1.96 pence each.
